How Subhas came to know about the plans of the British Police

Mr. Satya Ranjan Bakshi undertook a mission of getting the voluminous police dossier on Subhas Bose from Lalbazar, with the help of a friendly detective officer Paresh Roy. This was brought for seven days consecutively. Subhas used to go through the same at night with Amiya Bose. The dossier gave him the true picture of the roles and activities of various persons including political coworkers, friends and relatives. He came to know for instance the dubious roles of some of his so called friends and relatives and co workers. This helped him in choosing his allies in making his escape plan.
