Prof. Samar Guha, the untiring Netaji crusader writes in a letter to the then Prime Minister P.V Narsimha Rao, that according to the disclosures made to Sarat Bose by Justice Radha Binod Pal who was one of the judges of the international tribunal for judging the war crimes committed by the Japanese (Tokyo War Criminal Trial) and provided a contrary view, much to the chagrin of the Western elite Allied powers, that the American judge of the trial gave some information pertaining to Subhas Bose to Dr. Pal.
